COMPLICATIONS MINIMUM STAY For each surgical operation, a minimum stay in the clinic is provided through medical decision, but can be modified to handle any possible complication, and that’s always on the decision of the doctor. The healing potential problems can be treated at home by your prescribing doctor. NEW INTERVENTION In case of complications requiring further intervention, the costs (fees of doctor + stay in the clinic + operating theatre) are at our expense, excluding transportation costs (plane, boat), hotel accommodation and other extras. CANCELLATION CANCELLATION FOLLOWING THE PATIENT’S INITIATIVE   In case of force majeure, independent of the will of the patient, the clinical package is refunded excepting the incurred expenses. Off force majeure, the package is refunded till 50%. CANCELLATION FOLLOWING THE DOCTOR OR OF THE CLINIC The patient is reimbursed for the clinical package paid during his hospitalization with restraint of the medical incurred expenses as accommodation, medical examination, clinical examinations (radiology, laboratory...) and miscellaneous expenses (telephone or Other...) Whatever the origin of the cancellation, the out clinical costs, due to other service providers such as hotels, travel agents and others, shall be borne by the client even there are agreements between the clinic and these providers. |
